About the Owner
Heather is a passionate advocate for women’s health, both politically and socially. She aims to take a holistic approach to her patients’ treatment. After working as a journalist for almost 2 decades and having her own 2 bubs, Heather noticed a gaping hole in the postpartum journey for women for both physical and mental recovery. Now she works to fill in the gaps for women through education, workshops, social media content, and political campaigning. Heather works across all of the Core Restore Co. studios and is always on call to help answer any patient questions or concerns via email or phone.
Heather has a B. Communications, B. Health Science, and Dip. Pilates, and she is currently working to complete her Masters of Womens Health.
