About the Owner
Heather is a passionate political and social advocate for women’s health and aims to take a holistic approach to her patients’ treatment. After almost 2 decades of working as a journalist and having her own 2 bubs, Heather noticed a gaping hole in the postpartum journey for women for both physical and mental recovery. Now, through education, workshops, social media content, and political campaigning, she works to fill in the gaps in support for women. Heather has a B. Communications, B. Health Science, and Dip. Pilates, and she is currently working to complete her Masters of Women’s Health.
Heather works across all the Core Restore Co. studios and is always on call to help answer any patient questions or concerns via email or phone.
