Non-invasive, clinically proven treatments for incontinence, postpartum recovery, menopause, core strength and sexual wellness - with results in 2-3 weeks.

Customised treatments for pelvic & core health

Core Restore Co. exists to support women through personalised, non-invasive treatments for pelvic floor health and core strength. Using FDA and TGA approved Emsella and Emsculpt technology, our clinically proven treatments deliver real results in as little as three weeks — with no surgery, no needles, and no downtime. Whether you're dealing with incontinence, recovering after childbirth, navigating menopause, or simply wanting to feel stronger, our trained Core Experts will create a plan tailored to you.

Our Technology

Emsculpt

Emsculpt creates a unique electromagnetic field that penetrates the skin to impact muscle tissue. The energy induces almost 20,000 supramaximal muscle contractions per session, something that can’t be achieved at the gym.

Emsella

Emsella is a non-invasive device used to correct urinary incontinence, caused by weak muscles in the pelvic floor. Each session used HIFEM technology to induce 11,200 supramaximal contractions of the pelvic floor with clinical research showing a 95% patient success rate following just six sessions in less than three weeks!

Weak Pelvic Floor 101

A clinician-led guide to understanding pelvic floor weakness (including leaks, heaviness & reduced sexual sensation) + what’s actually causing it. You’ll learn how your pelvic floor works, why it becomes weak, & the most effective ways to rebuild strength safely.
No guesswork, no generic Kegels, just evidence-based, practical guidance.

Lower Back Pain & the Core Connection

Most back pain isn’t just a “back issue” (it’s a core & pelvic floor issue). This guide breaks down the connection between your deep core system, posture & pain, helping you understand why your symptoms keep coming back.
Includes simple, effective strategies to support your spine properly and reduce pain long-term.

Hypertonic Pelvic Floor 101 (Tight Pelvic Floor)

Not all pelvic floor issues are about weakness- many women are actually too tight. This guide helps you identify signs of an overactive pelvic floor (pain with sex, difficulty relaxing, urgency) & teaches you how to release, down-train and restore balance.
Because strengthening a tight pelvic floor can actually make things worse.
