Shonny is the ultimate superwoman. Not only does she have a successful career as an elite athlete who currently plays for the Parramatta Eels, but she’s also a Breathwork and Advanced Trauma Facilitator. Shonny received the NRLW Pasifika Leadership & Excellence Award in 2023 and when she’s not on the field or commentating for Foxtel, she’s building Moana Wairua – a program to help elite female athletes build confidence and leadership skills.

Shonny brings such wisdom and understanding of the body’s musckoskeletal system, along with the impact of trauma and injuries on the body as a whole.
