Dom Fernandez

Dom is our resident ray of sunshine and has a background in marketing, sales and people management. Her passion for core & pelvic floor began during her postnatal journey. A mum of two beautiful kiddies & stepmum to two, Dom loves imparting knowledge and helping other women throughout their own journey to strength & wellbeing. When she’s not on mum-duty, she’s either working from Core Restore Co Newcastle, at the gym or heading off with her family on adventures across NSW.
