I'm an ICU Nurse - and here are 5 things I want you to know about your core

Hey team!

Let me introduce myself: my name is Jacinta and I’m one of the newest members of the brilliantly dynamic Core Restore Co team!

In between frequenting Core Restore Co, you’ll usually find me working in the intensive care unit as a registered nurse. I come with a mixed bag of treats: from marketing, business, advanced beauty therapy and critical care.
I thought I was 30, flirty and thriving.. until I commenced treatment for abdominal separation and lower back pain, at Core Restore Co.

I’ve had 2 Caesareans, a bowel resection, plentiful physio interventions and needling due to abdominal pain whilst running… I guess you could say I presented to Core Restore Co with a mixed bag of problems and no treats.

My in-clinic mantra is ‘science is science’ and evidenced-based research is my guide and bible.

In saying that, here are the top 5 things I want to provide as a take-home message, to reflect on:
