Alex is known as our team’s ‘Anatomy Educator’, with her infectious smile and her incredible knowledge and passion for the female body. Alex has worked in health for more than a decade, from managing physiotherapy clinics, working in clinical trials at St Vincents Hospital and teaching PDHPE. Alex is currently finishing her studies in postpartum care and is a fierce advocate for female empowerment, particularly around health, muscle strength and sexuality. Alex has two beautiful bubs and if you don’t catch her on weekends with her family, you’ll likely see her near the ocean (she’s an avid rower!)

Alex has a Masters Teaching PDHPE, B. Human Movement, Dip. Sport, Cert IV Personal Training, First Aid Cert & Bronze Medallion.
